About Ambuquick
Ambuquick plans to revolutionise emergency response times by reducing ambulance wait time from 45 minutes to 18 minutes.
Problem:
Ambuquick faces a challenge with fake requests, which leads to unnecessary costs and efforts and prevents ambulances from being sent to where they are truly needed.
Reason for Unnecessary Requests:
•Multiple bookings/ Self-transport
•Non-emergency bookings/ False alarms
• Prank calls
Solution:
Ambuquick can experiment with High priority and Medium priority solutions listed in the document in the next 1 year.
• Ask users to share their location
• Provide regular ETA updates on ambulance location
• Implement a user-friendly cancellation feature
• Implement 2 step verification process (include questions from trained medical professionals)
Metric:
• Appropriate use rate
• Cancellation rate
• Average response rate
